- Rugged construction: The EVO Trail Roof Rack is precision-engineered using laser-cut and CNC press-brake formed steel or aluminum, depending on the model. This robust construction provides a stable and strong platform for carrying cargo.
- Quiet and cushioned operation: The full-length side plates and metal-core rubber isolation pads efficiently distribute the load across the hardtop. This reduces noise and provides a cushioned and isolated platform for your gear.
- Modular T-slot crossbars: The flat upper platform includes five T-slot crossbars (for the JLU model) that run from left to right, providing versatile options for mounting accessories, a rooftop tent, or securing cargo.
- Increased cargo capacity: The rack system significantly expands your cargo-carrying capability. For example, the JLU version has a distributed dynamic load rating of 154 lbs (70kg).
- Compatibility: The EVO MFG Trail Roof Rack is specifically designed for use with the factory hardtop on 4-door Jeep JL Unlimited and JT Gladiator models. It is not compatible with soft tops or the Sky One-Touch power top.
- Material: The rack is offered in bare steel or bare aluminum, as well as with a black powder-coat finish.
- Finish: The bare metal version can be painted to match your Jeep, while the powder-coated version provides corrosion resistance.
- Vehicle fitment: Different models are designed for the Jeep Wrangler JLU and Jeep Gladiator JT
